1. I’ve placed an order but received no confirmation email?

Whenever an order goes through successfully, you will receive a confirmation page on the website, which mentions your order number and a small thank you note, and you will also receive a confirmation email at the email address you used for the order. Sometimes, our order confirmations may end up in your spam / junk mail folder, so please have a look there first.
If you did not see the confirmation page on the website, or get an email, a technical problem may have prevented your order from going through. In this case, please contact us to ensure your order has been received, and we will give you further instructions on how to proceed.

2. When will my order be delivered?

Because we do not keep every single item in every size / colour in stock, we usually advise our customers that delivery times might range from 5-8 working days up to 10-14 working days or longer in case of unforeseen delays (such as customs delays or shortages caused by Valentine's/Christmas rush).

3. *** item shows in stock on your website, can I have get it tomorrow?

We do not show stock levels on our website, all products we display are available on order. We keep a selection of best selling items in stock, but this differs week to week depending on season / availability from the manufacturer. If you have a very urgent requirement, please contact us stating what sort of costume you are looking for (budget, style, theme) and we can advise you which items are in stock at the moment.

4. Do you offer Special Delivery?

Usually we do not, since we do not hold stock of everything you see on the website. But if you have been in touch with someone at AE Lingerie, and have been advised that the costume you want is in stock, we can offer Special Delivery at a cost of £6.50 per order. Please note that we can offer same day despatch only on orders completed before 10am, otherwise they will be shipped the next day.

5. Can you ship abroad?

Different brands have different selling restrictions. Currently we can sell our entire collection abroad, except for Leg Avenue. The reason is that Leg Avenue appoints distributors which are only allowed to sell to a particular region. We buy through the UK distributors, which are limited to selling to the UK and Ireland. That is why we cannot send Leg Avenue items to Europe / abroad.
Any other products can be sent abroad at an additional cost. Please contact us if you are interested in this service. Also, please note that shipping may take much longer depending on how good the local postage service is. So please allow double our usual delivery times for international shipping.

6. Can I have orders shipped to a different address than my billing address?

We understand that it is more convenient for many people to have their order delivered at a work address. Therefore we do offer this service. While checking out, simply select a different address for shipping and billing purposes, and your order will go through as usual.
Please note that for fraud prevention purposes, we may decide to follow up with you if the addresses differ a lot or if the order is particularly high value, just to confirm that you authorised the transaction yourself.
